THE NEW FACES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Jen and Becky outwardly describe themselves as good listeners, good learners and completely honest—three ideal characteristics of any customer service department. This year, Granex paired up Jen and Becky to be the ongoing communication channel for homeowners and accounts with active projects. They are the face of Granex’s superior service and they are relentless when it comes to attention to detail and follow through. They work tirelessly to keep projects moving and making sure everyone is happy. This also includes keeping the installers well informed of projects and customer expectations. Granex has always succeeded in customer service, but now they’re set up with two familiar faces to help streamline the process internally, and dedicate that much-needed personal attention on projects.
